Weimar location strengthened

Huizhou Desay SV Automotive Co, Ltd. supplies Chinese and international automotive customers and with the Weimar-based company expands its product and technology portfolio. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2019 after regulatory approvals have been granted. All employees of ATBB will be taken over. The development and production site in Weimar will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary under the management of the previous managing director Dr. Michael Weber. Desay SV Automotive is a leading and fast growing Chinese supplier of automotive electronics, serving both Chinese and international OEM customers as a Tier 1 supplier. The acquisition of ATBB expands the product and technology portfolio and will further promote growth in the strategic areas of Smart Cabin, Smart Drive and Smart Cloud Services.

Networking is key technology of the future
